Round or Square Nougat can be either Soft which is chewy or Hard which is crunchy. It is intensely sweet, made from sugar, honey, dried fruits  like cranberry, mango, orange also nuts like peanuts, almonds, walnuts, pistachios, hazelnuts, may contain added rose/lavender flower petals or flavored with coffee or chunks of candied orange peel.
